Design a multifunctional, future-ready media complex in the MiddleEast that integrates traditional TV production, a feature film soundstage, and a purpose-built underwater pavilion — all within a single, cohesive infrastructure.

We developed a comprehensive architectural and technical design for a 30,000 sq.m media complex that blends traditional and future-facingproduction needs. The layout includes multiple soundstages, a film set withadvanced acoustics, and a purpose-built underwater filming pool — allsupported by cloud-ready, XR compatible infrastructure.

The project also includes previsualization assets, technical workflow mapping, and a detailed equipment BoQ to support phased execution. The concept is currently in the client’s approval stage.
